An aspirational feature for any home, a bespoke dressing room offers a level of luxury above and beyond the norm.
Custom built to meet our client’s specification of a fun and feminine space to get ready, this glamorous Watermelon pink dressing room showcases just how bespoke a Neville Johnson design can be.
The design is bold and beautiful whilst creating a functional space to retreat to. The wardrobes are handcrafted to fit along the wall with millimetre precision and incorporating the mirror panels makes the space feel both brighter and larger.
Senior Designer Jennifer Porter worked closely with the client to deliver this stunning retreat within a lavish city centre location.
“When I met with the client the first thing I noticed was the amazing 180 degree views from the 45th floor of her apartment in the Beetham tower, Manchester.
Whilst the views of the city were stunning, the client wanted a luxurious, cosy space she could escape to. The idea was to create an opulent dressing room with warm lighting, a place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of city centre living.
The brief was inspired by Asian prints, which was brought into place with the gold oriental wallpaper and cushion covers. But most importantly the client was adamant they wanted to veer away from a conventional dressing room with neutral colours. Vibrancy was an essential so we ensured the wardrobes and units were bright and bold. We also used bronze glass, brass downlights and crystal ball handles to add that extra layer of luxurious opulence.
The end result was a truly special design that showcases just how bespoke a Neville Johnson dressing room can be. Both myself and the client were thrilled with the finished solution.”
