How it all works

Step one: meet your designer

Your design visit is a relaxed conversation in your home — an easy, no obligation moment to explore what you love and how you really live. Your designer will take time to understand the style of your space, the details that matter to you, and the feeling you want your hallway to create each day.

Our designers always bring samples and real project inspiration to help paint a tangible picture of how your hallway could be transformed.

This isn’t a sales call and you won’t be rushed or pushed into a design that doesn’t perfectly fit you. It’s simply the first step in our collaboration, shaped around you and your home.

How it all works

Step two: meet your dedicated client liaison

To ensure an effortless experience from start to finish, you’ll be assigned your own dedicated coordinator, there to oversee every detail of your staircase renovation project with precision, efficiency, and care.

How it all works

Step three: meet your surveyor

Once you’re happy with your design direction, our surveyor visits your home to take care of the technical details – quietly, meticulously, and without you needing to prepare a thing.

Using specialist tools and years of expertise, they’ll capture every measurement with absolute accuracy, ensuring every element fits perfectly before anything is crafted, and that all safety and professional standards are adhered to.

How it all works

Step four: meet our technical and drawing teams

With all your measurements captured, our technical and drawing teams translate your ideas into detailed technical visuals, ready to be translated into reality by our manufacturing team.

You’ll see every line, every proportion, and every considered decision before anything is made, giving you complete clarity and confidence.

It’s a thoughtful, collaborative moment in the journey, giving you a chance to review, refine and make sure everything feels just right. Nothing moves forward until the whole team, including you, is completely happy.

How it all works

Step five: meet our craftspeople

Behind the scenes, specialist craftspeople shape, refine and prepare all elements of your unique project with the same level of care you experience in the design stages.

It’s attentive, exacting work, carried out by people who know how to bring out the absolute best in your space. And all of it happens long before installation day, so the transformation in your home feels effortless and tightly controlled.

How it all works

Step six: meet your installation team

When installation day arrives, everything has been prepared in advance.

Each component is prepared and all details are double-checked. Our specialist fitters work with calm precision, completing most transformations within 48 hours and keeping your home clean, tidy, and beautifully looked after throughout.

It’s a smooth, reassuring end to our shared journey: no disruption, no juggling trades, just a team who know exactly what they’re doing and make the whole experience feel effortless for you and your home.

After your staircase has been installed, we’ll send a follow-on polisher to finalise your staircase and make sure every detail meets our exacting standards.

Finally, we’ll leave you to enjoy your new space in the way it was designed for – the way that you live.
